Tasty Taiga

The company required an identity and unified packaging for their
line of berry jams, juices and traditional Siberian recipes such as pinecone jam and marinated fern.

To create a unified look which would represent the joyful nature of jam making, a set of modular grids were developed. The grids inform graphic elements such as dots and geometrical figures, whose density corresponds to the intensity of the flavour. The size and coalescence of the dots are coherent with the colour of each berry while creating a unique pattern and movement. The typography
is based on Circe, a type which incorporates a large number of character alternatives and allows many combinations.

The labels contain information about the season of harvest and
the precise geographical coordinates of the berry plantations which helps promote Siberian locations and culture.
